The pinnacle of Elvis’s career unfolded when he joined forces with acclaimed chefs Royce Lee and Benson Tong for thirteen years. Together, they curated a symphony of culinary delights that left diners enraptured.

Continuing his ascent at Mandarin Oriental and later at the Singapore Island Country Club, Shangkar’s culinary prowess continued to shine, garnering him acclaim and accolades, including a prestigious Bronze medal at the FHA Dream Team competition in 2009.
Even during his brief tenure at Bounchinche, an Argentinian fine dining establishment, Shangkar seized the opportunity to broaden his culinary horizons, enriching his repertoire with new techniques and flavors.
